1 session package with Coach B. 60 minute session length. The first half is focused on evaluating strengths and opportunities while the second half will seek to develop specific skills based on the evaluation. This package can also be used to focus the entire 60 minutes on a specific technical skill of fitness/conditioning need as discussed in advance of the session.
